The service

SYLVEI lets you enhance photos you provide, producing a stylized, edited version of your image.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use SYLVEI. If you are a minor, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your content

When you enhance a photo, it is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the result, and is not stored by us. You keep all rights to your photos. We do not claim any rights to them and do not use them to train any model.

You are responsible for the photos you enhance. You confirm you have the rights to them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or that depicts other people without their consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Create content that impersonates someone or is meant to mislead
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission

Subscriptions and payments

SYLVEI offers paid subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Payments are final except where a refund is required by Apple's policies or applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SYLVEI for your own use, subject to these Terms.

For the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA) also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

The SYLVEI app, website, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the limited license above.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and canceling your subscription.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of France, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence gives you other rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
